What do I get in Free, exactly?
Every day: 10 new words on flashcards, 1 quiz session (multiple choice or listening), and unlimited reviews of words you have already learned. Free also includes 1 new conversation a week. The full library (A1, A2, B1) and every grammar chapter stay browsable, and anything you have already read stays open. The caps only apply to new learning.
What does Pro unlock?
No caps. Learn as many new words, take as many quizzes, and open as many conversations as you want. Plus speaking practice, advanced analytics, and early access to upcoming features like custom decks and Anki/CSV export. Pro is for people who want to learn fast or use advanced practice tools.
Why 10 words and 1 quiz per day?
Because a pace you keep beats a burst you abandon. Ten a day is about 300 words in a month and 3,650 in a year, which is well past the point where ordinary conversation stops being guesswork. The cap is on new words only, never on reviewing what you have already started, so the free tier can never stop you maintaining your deck. If you want to move faster than that, Pro is what removes the ceiling.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Use the billing link in your profile to email support and we will cancel promptly, no retention games. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is Lifetime really lifetime?
Yes, for the lifetime of Speak Indo. As long as the app exists, your Lifetime access works. If we ever shut down (we don't plan to), we'd give plenty of notice and an export of your data.
Can I try Pro before I pay?
Free is the whole library, not a sample of it: A1, A2 and B1, the same flashcards, the same spaced repetition, the same audio and the same sync. What Free limits is how much new material you take on in a day. Upgrade when those caps start getting in your way, or for the two Pro games, Listen Up and Say It.
Do you offer student or country discounts?
If the Pro price is a meaningful amount where you live, just email us. We'll work something out. No income proof required.
How do I pay?
Stripe handles checkout, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We never see your card. Receipts are emailed automatically.
